GDC was created to provide clients with smaller project requirements the same high end craftsmanship,  finish quality and extraordinary service in construction for which its larger sister company, DiSalvo Contracting, is recognized throughout the industry.

As DiSalvo’s projects grew in size and number over the years, the two principals, Vincent and Joseph DiSalvo, together with Gregory Gaske, created GDC ( Gaske DiSalvo Contracting). GDC is dedicated to bringing to smaller and now larger projects (ranging up to 15 million US dollars) the signature personal care and attention to our clients for which we are known. Having just celebrated our 16th Anniversary, GDC has established in this time frame its own solid reputation throughout New York City for impeccable work and its adherence to the same standards and values established by Vincent and Joseph’s father, Vincent DiSalvo II, when he founded the DiSalvo firm in 1977. The firm’s principles and dedication to superior service have sustained its growth and reputation over more than three decades and carry forward through GDC.
